- Conversation metadata — message timestamps and usage frequency provided by the WhatsApp Business API.
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any payment card details.

- We use your data to:

4. WhatsApp and Meta
- Rekodi Pesa operates through the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Messages you send to Rekodi Pesa are also subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp.
5. Data Sharing
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who help operate the platform, bound by confidentiality obligations.
